The Free Course

The free 12-lesson course is provided as-is for personal use. You can watch, take notes, and apply what you learn — please don't republish the videos or claim them as your own work.

1-on-1 Coaching Applications

Submitting an application doesn't guarantee we'll work together. We review each one and reply within two business days with a fit check, the package price, and next steps. If we're not the right fit, we'll point you somewhere that is.

Coaching Packages

Once a package is agreed, the specific terms (number of sessions, cadence, scheduling, cancellation) are set in the engagement email we send you when we accept your application. Reschedule with at least 24 hours notice where possible.

Refunds

Refund terms for paid coaching packages are set at the time of booking and confirmed in writing.

No Guarantees

Coaching is a working relationship, not a guaranteed outcome. What you put in is what you get out.
